Prepare 6 wheat tortillas (28 cm diameter) and keep them sealed until ready to use to prevent stiffness.
Measure out 900 g of extra lean ground beef (5% fat) and note it has around 130 calories per 100 g.
Dice 2 large yellow onions weighing 125 g each for a total of 250 g.
Prepare the sauce by mixing 300 g canned tomatoes with 1 tablespoon salt, 20-25 g black pepper, and 2 teaspoons oregano.
In a 28 cm diameter skillet, spray 5 g of olive oil and heat to medium-high.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and fry for 4 to 5 minutes until browned, mixing occasionally.
Season the beef with salt, 10 cranks of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon (4 g) of garlic powder, continuing to fry until there is no red color and some brown spots appear.
Add the diced onions to the skillet and fry for another 5 to 6 minutes until the onions are translucent and dark.
After 11 to 12 minutes total, add the prepared tomato sauce to the beef mixture and cook for another minute, stirring to coat the beef.
Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
Add 4 wedges of Laughing Cow cheese to the beef mixture and stir with a spatula for 2 to 3 minutes until fully incorporated and creamy.
Add 120 g of shredded mozzarella to the mixture and stir until melted and combined, achieving a glossy beef sauce.
Transfer the beef mixture to a plate and refrigerate for 20 minutes to cool down and prevent soggy tortillas.
Prepare 6 pieces of aluminum foil for wrapping the burritos and set a scale for measuring the meat.
Weigh the beef mixture and divide it by 6 to determine the amount for each burrito (225 g per burrito).
Lay a tortilla on a piece of aluminum foil and add the measured beef mixture in the mid-lower third, spreading it evenly.
Fold both sides of the tortilla into the middle, then roll the bottom up tightly to form a burrito.
Wrap the burrito tightly in aluminum foil and repeat the process for all 6 burritos.
Place the wrapped burritos in a freezer zip-lock bag and freeze for up to 3 months.
To defrost, place a burrito on a plate and microwave on defrost (260 watts) for 7 to 8 minutes, then at 620 watts for another 3 to 4 minutes, checking with a thermometer until hot.
