Chicken Chimichangas

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can green chilies (4 oz)
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 can chilies (4 oz)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
4 large flour tortillas
2 avocados
1/2 onion, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1 jalapeno, diced
1 lime, juiced
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup tortilla chips

Add butter to the pot over medium-high heat.

Once butter melts, add flour and stir until combined and no lumps remain.

Slowly add chicken broth and stir.

Add cream cheese, sour cream, green chilies, and sriracha; season with salt and pepper and stir until combined.

Remove from heat once heated through.

In a mixing bowl, add leftover roasted chicken, chilies, the white sauce, and cheese; season with ground cumin, salt, and pepper, then stir until combined.

Add chicken filling onto a tortilla and fold it.
