150 grs de judías verdes

1/2 zanahoria

120 grs de espárragos trigueros

2 dientes de ajo
1 ch. de pimentón dulce
80 ml de aceite de oliva
colorante o azafrán
350 grs de pollo troceado
2060 ml de caldo de ave o verduras

Heat olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken pieces and chorizo, cooking until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the rice, saffron, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper, cooking for another 2 minutes to toast the rice.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and return the chicken and chorizo to the pan.
