1 cup fine Burghul
2 cup all purpose flour
2-3 cup coarsely chopped meat with a lots of fat
1 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped sweet green pepper
¼ cup chopped hot green pepper
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1/2 Tbsp. turmeric powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 envelop dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
3/4-1 cup warm water

Cook meat on high flame until slightly brown.

Prepare the yeast by adding sugar, dry yeast and water. Let rest for about 10 minutes.

Wash and drain burghul very well. Sit aside for 20-30 minutes.

Add flour to the burghul and mix well.

Add spices and salt and mix well.

Add meat, oil and all the chopped vegetables and mix well.

Add yeast water and mix well in a wooden large spoon. The dough should be very soft.

Cover and put in warm place to rise about 1 to 2 hours.

Line up baking 1/2 sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Brush with olive oil.

Distribute the dough in the sheet and level it out with a spatula.

Cover again and keep in warm place to rise again about 30 minutes.

Bake in preheated oven to 400-450 F for about 30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.

Cool completely before cutting into squares or any shape you like.
