Cut chicken breast into small pieces.

Chop onion into small pieces.

Heat a little oil in the pot to coat the bottom.

Add the cut chicken pieces to the pot.

Add the chopped onion to the pot.

Smash 3 cloves of garlic and add to the pot.

Add black pepper, adobo, and red peppers cut into skinny strips to the pot.

Add 2 spoons of Sofrito to the pot.

Mix everything together and sauté for about 5 minutes.

Add 4 cups of rice to the pot.

Add enough water just above the rice level.
