1 lb Smoked Pork, Ham Shanks Or Ham Hocks, Rinsed
4 Cups Chicken Broth
4 Cups Water
1 Bay Leaf
1 Large Russet Potato, Peeled & Cut Into 1 inch Pieces
1 lb Sweet Potato Or Pumpkin, Peeled, Seeded & Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces
