400ml-1+3/4 Cup Tomato Puree
1+1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tap Ground Cumin
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp Salt or to taste -Add pink Himalayan salt
700g/4-5 Medium YELLOW POTATOES
600/2 to 3 Zucchini Cut into slices
200g/2 Medium Tomatoes cut into slices
200g/1 medium Onion cut into slices
1+1/2 Tbsp Garlic-finely chopped
1 Tsp Dry Oregano
1 Tsp Dry Thyme
1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
3-4 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to Taste
2 Tbsp parsley-finely chopped
1/2 Cups fresh basil
Olive oil
Ground black pepper to taste
