1

Put water in a casserole and add chicken breasts.

2

Add half a pepper, half an onion, a few cloves of garlic, a little salt, and two leaves of laurel to the water.

3

Cook the chicken until done, then remove from heat and strain the broth.

4

Cook the rice using the same amount of broth as rice, adding salt and a little turmeric for color.

5

Once the chicken has cooled, crumble it.

6

In a pan, heat two teaspoons of oil and sauté the pepper, garlic, and onion.

7

Add a little salt and pepper to the sautéed mixture, then add the crumbled chicken.

8

Pour in half a glass of white wine and let it cook for approximately two minutes to evaporate the alcohol.

9

Add one teaspoon cumin, half teaspoon sweet paprika, and tomato sauce to the pan.

10

Add one cup of the broth made earlier and adjust salt if necessary.

11

Add peas and cook until the sauce reduces.

12

To assemble, put a little oil in the bottom of a dish and add a first layer of rice, pressing it down to make it compact.

13

Spread a layer of mayonnaise on top of the rice, adjusting the amount to taste.

14

Add a layer of chicken on top of the mayonnaise and press down.

15

Add a little bit of ham on top of the chicken layer.

16

Add a layer of cheese on top of the ham.

17
