Optionally, add finely chopped onion to the quark mixture.
Incorporate soy sauce and Maggi seasoning into the quark mixture for flavor.
Slice the peeled potatoes and arrange them on a serving plate.
Drizzle flaxseed oil over the sliced potatoes.
Serve the potatoes warm with the quark mixture on the side.
