2 tablespoons kombucha

Harvest apples from the tree, ensuring they are ripe and ready to use.

Sanitize a quart jar by pouring boiling water over it and letting it sit until ready to use.

In a separate mason jar, add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

Add 1 teaspoon of unrefined salt to the cinnamon.

Pour in 2 tablespoons of kombucha into the jar with cinnamon and salt.

Add purified water to the mixture, ensuring it is free from chlorine or fluoride.

Slice the apples into desired sizes and fill the sanitized jar with apple slices.

Juice a whole lemon and add the juice to the jar with the apple slices, ensuring to mix it in well.

Pour the prepared cinnamon, salt, kombucha, and water mixture over the apple slices in the jar.
