2 Large or 3 small king oyster mushrooms
12 -16 oz broccoli
Thai peppers optional
Cornstarch
Korean BBQ sauce beef flavor
Coconut milk full fat
Liquid aminos
Grapeseed oil for frying

Prepare the oyster mushrooms by slicing them to mimic beef strips.

In a pan, heat grapeseed oil over medium heat and add the sliced mushrooms.

Sauté the mushrooms until they are browned and tender.

Add the broccoli to the pan and stir-fry until bright green and tender-crisp.

In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with a bit of water to create a slurry.

Add the Korean BBQ sauce, coconut milk, and liquid aminos to the pan, stirring to combine.

Pour the cornstarch slurry into the pan to thicken the sauce, stirring well.

If using, add Thai peppers for heat and stir to combine.
