In a small container, mix 2 tbsp of Korean chili pepper flakes, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of mirin, and 2 tbsp of Korean chili paste to make the seasoning paste.

In a wok, heat 2 tbsp of oil over medium-high heat.

Add 250 g of ground beef and sautรฉ for about 2 minutes, breaking it up until no longer pink.

Add the garlic and white parts of the green onions, stirring for about 2 minutes until fragrant.

Reduce heat to low and add the seasoning paste, stirring for about 2 more minutes, being careful not to burn it.

Boil enough water in a pot and add the frozen noodles, cooking them a little less than the package instructions.
