Ingredients

  • 1 box Ritz crackers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. 1In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. 2Add garlic powder and onion powder to the mixture and stir well.
  3. 3Fold in the diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions until evenly distributed.
  4. 4Take one Ritz cracker and spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on top.
  5. 5Top with another Ritz cracker to form a sandwich.
  6. 6Repeat the process until all the mixture is used up, creating sandwiches with the remaining crackers.
  7. 7Arrange the sandwiches on a serving platter.
  8. 8Optional: Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
