- 8Add the seared beef, chipotle peppers, lime juice, and beef broth to the slow cooker.
- 9Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
- 10Once cooked, shred the beef using two forks.
- 11Mix in fresh cilantro and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
- 12Serve the barbacoa in warm corn tortillas with avocado and radishes.
