Cut the ciabatta bread in half.

Layer deli ham on the bottom half of the bread.

Add slices of pork roast on top of the ham.

Place dill pickles on top of the pork.

Add Swiss cheese over the pickles.

Spread yellow mustard on the inside of the top half of the bread.

Close the sandwich with the top half of the bread.

Spray the grill with cooking spray.

Place the sandwich on the grill and cook for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
