300 g. canned cooked chickpeas
1/2 onion cut into small squares
1 avocado cut into squares
1 tomato cut into squares
Fresh coriander to taste
30 ml. Of olive oil
30 ml. white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine the canned chickpeas, chopped onion, diced avocado, and diced tomato.

Add fresh coriander, olive oil, and white wine vinegar to the bowl.
