Combine masa flour and water in a mixing bowl. Your masa should be quite wet but not sticky.

Roll masa into the size of a golf ball.

Flatten the ball into an 1/4" thick pancake, and then create a ridge by pinching the outer edge of the flattened masa.

Cook on a comal over medium heat for 3-4 minutes (fat/oil optional).

Top with your favorite beans, meat (chicken tinga is shown), cheese, salsa, lettuce, avocado... anything you'd like!
