Pollo a la Brasa Sauce

¼ cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Juice of 3 limes
5 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. fresh Ginger, chopped
1/4 cup Ají Amarillo paste
¼ cup heart healthy MAZOLA® CORN OIL
⅓ cup Queso Fresco
½ tsp. Black Pepper
3 boneless chicken breasts

Preheat oven at 375°.

Place everything but oil in blender and pulse.

Stream in heart healthy MAZOLA® CORN OIL until it’s blended smoothly.

Use the Pollo a la Brasa Sauce to marinade with a brush 3 boneless chicken breasts, placed over a baking sheet.

Put them in the oven at 375°. Take them out after 20 minutes or when they are golden brown on the surface.
