3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (45 ml)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (15 ml)
1 clove garlic
1 tsp dried oregano (1 g)
1/4 tsp dried thyme (0.25 g)
sea salt
black pepper
1 small red onion
1/2 English cucumber
1 red bell pepper
1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives (60 g)
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (30 g)
handful of fresh parsley (1/4 cup, 15 g)
