½ cup tomato puree, fresh
salt to taste
3 cups boiled rice
¼ cup tomato, chopped
½ tbsp coriander, chopped
½ tsp sugar

1 tbsp jalapenos, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
handful of coriander, chopped
