1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup whipping cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 jalapeño
1 cup Mexican blend cheese
1 can cream style corn
1 can sweet corn kernels

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Grease a 13x9 inch casserole dish.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, whipping cream, eggs, and cream style corn.

In a larger bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Chop and add jalapeño to the dry ingredients.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients until mixed.

Add half a can of sweet corn kernels to the mixture.
