4oz cream cheese (softened)
½ cup sour cream
4 teaspoon taco seasoning
¼ cup mild green chilies (drained and chopped)
¼ cup jalapenos (deseeded and chopped)
2 green onion, white and green part separately chopped
1 ½ cup Monterey Jack cheese, freshly grated, divided
1 ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated, divided
Fresh cilantro
Green onion
Pico De Gallo (optional)

Pre-heat oven at 350°F.

In a bowl add refried bean, softened cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Using a stand mixer or a hand blender or whisk beat it together until combined.

Add mild green chilies (drained and chopped), jalapenos (if using), white part of green onion and half of both Monterey Jack and sharp cheddar cheese.

Mix it all together.

Use any baking dish such as 8x8 inch square dish or 2qt baking dish. Grease it with cooking spray (optional).

Spread bean dip mix on the dish.

Sprinkle remaining cheese on top evenly.

Bake in pre heated oven at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve hot with tortilla chips.
