Start by roasting peppers and onions.
Cut the peppers around the seeds, keeping them about 1 centimeter thick.
Rub the peppers and onions with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Crush the garlic and add it whole to the mix.
Squeeze sour orange juice over the peppers and onions to marinate them.
Heat a piping hot pan and add the marinated peppers and onions to caramelize them.
Slice the roasted pork from the pig, which has been cooked for 14-15 hours.
Add olive oil to the pan and get the bread crispy.
Season the inside of the bread with salt and pepper.
Start shredding the pork, mixing in some pork fat for flavor.
Drizzle spicy honey over the crispy pork.
Toast the bread until crispy, then spread mustard on both sides of the bread.
Caramelize the mustard in the pan to remove the raw flavor.
Add lime zest over the roasted peppers and onions.
Layer lettuce on the bottom of the sandwich for texture.
Add a generous amount of crispy pork on top of the lettuce.
Layer the caramelized peppers, onions, and garlic on top of the pork.
Drizzle honey over the layers.
Sprinkle local bee pollen over the sandwich for acidity.
Add lightly drained pickled cucumber slices on top of the vegetables.
Place slices of Gouda cheese on top of the sandwich and season it.
Press the sandwich down and return it to the pan for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
