Start by washing quinoa, for this, put quinoa in a large strainer, and wash it under running water for 2-3 minutes.

Take a medium size pan and add water to it.

Add quinoa into the water and cook uncovered until the water gets evaporated.

Put the lid on the pan and switch off the flame. Let it as it is for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, remove the pan lid and fluff by using a fork.

Mix all the ingredients of salad dressing into a large size bowl, whisk them and keep it aside.

Transfer the cooked quinoa into another large size bowl and add all the fruits, chopped mint leaves, and toasted walnuts in it. Stir well.

Pour the dressing ingredients into the quinoa mixture and toss well.

Place the bowl into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
