Taiwanese Popcorn Tofu

200g silken tofu (pressed, freezed and thawed for three cycles)
30g ginger
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 1/2 cups sweet potato powder
1 cup basil leaves
cooking spray
1/2 tsp five spice powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coconut sugar

Marinate tofu with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, water, and nutritional yeast for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Coat marinated tofu with sweet potato powder.

Air fry at 180°C for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Add basil leaves before serving.
