Orzo Mushroom Toss

1 cup orzo pasta
2 cups vegetable broth
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt to taste

In a medium saucepan, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.

Add the orzo pasta to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
