Turkey is leaner, while ground beef is often more affordable.

Cut the meat into small squares.

Dice 1/2 of the onion and save the other half for the meat.

Chop the cilantro.

Cut the limes into fourths.

Slice the radishes.

Warm up a skillet and add the other half of the onion and the meat. Cook the meat on high until browned, then turn off and set aside.

Warm the corn tortillas.

Assemble the tacos by grabbing a tortilla, adding a spoonful of meat, topping it with chopped cilantro and diced onion.

Squeeze lime juice over the tacos and serve with radishes on the side.
