In a bowl, combine 500 grams of all-purpose flour and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Add 10 milliliters of warm water to the mixture.
Mix the ingredients well until combined without lumps.
Let the mixture rest for about 30 to 45 minutes until it rises.
After resting, add 8 grams of salt to the dough.
Knead the dough for about 5 to 6 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into pieces weighing approximately 90 grams each.
Shape the pieces into rolls, either round or elongated as desired.
Place the shaped rolls on a greased baking tray.
Make shallow cuts on top of each roll with a knife.
Sprinkle a little flour on top of the rolls.
Preheat the oven to 116 degrees Celsius.
Bake the rolls for 20 to 25 minutes until they turn brown.
After 10 minutes, check the rolls and rotate them if needed.
