Pork Tamales with Mole Coloradito Sauce

Combine and bring to a boil all ingredients for the pork in a large stock pot, cover with water, and simmer until very tender, about 3 hours.
Remove pork from liquid, strain broth, and reserve.
Shred the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Toast dried chiles in a dry skillet until darkened and fragrant.
Soak chiles and raisins in boiling water for 30 minutes.
Char onions and garlic in the skillet until darkened.
Char tomatoes until darkened and skin is cracked.
Blend soaked chiles and raisins with some pork cooking liquid until smooth, strain and set aside.
Blend charred vegetables with pork cooking liquid until smooth, strain into the bowl with the chile mixture.
Blend charred tomatoes until smooth, strain into a separate bowl.
Heat lard in a frying pan, add chile mixture and cook until darkened, then add tomatoes and chocolate, stirring until melted.
Soak corn husks in hot water for at least 2 hours before using.
Mix masa harina, baking powder, and salt in a bowl, then add cooking liquid and mix until a soft dough forms.
