Chilli Egg

4 Eggs
2 Onions (150 gms, squares)
2 Capsicum (100 gms, squares)
3 Green chilies (cut in half lengthwise)
1 tsp Ginger/Garlic paste
1 tblsp Garlic (chopped)
2 tblsp Tomato sauce
1 tblsp Chilli sauce
1 tblsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
4 tblsp Oil

Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, then peel and set aside.

In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the onions and capsicum, and stir-fry until they soften.

Add the green chilies, ginger/garlic paste, and continue to sauté.

Stir in the tomato sauce, chilli sauce, and soy sauce.

Season with salt and pepper, mixing well.

Add the boiled eggs to the pan, coating them with the sauce mixture.

Serve hot with steamed rice, fried rice, or noodles.
