1

Coat your meat with all of your seasoning and rub in. Let rest for 20 minutes and preheat your oven to 400°F.

2

After resting, place into the oven for 18-22 minutes per pound of meat or until you reach an internal temperature of 140°F. Once done, remove and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

3

Add all of your bun ingredients into a blender and blend on low for 1-2 minutes or until homogenous.

4

Set your oven to 375°F.

5

Pull out a sheet pan and line it with parchment paper. Pull out about 4 feet of aluminum foil and crinkle it up into a roll and shape it into an oval. Place this on your lined sheet. Pour out all of your batter into the middle and spread out. Place into your oven and cook until firm, about 20 minutes.

6

Let rest after removing to cool down.

7

Split your bun in half and add your mustard. Place your pork on the bottom bun. Top the pork with your ham, then your cheese. Place the bottom bun into the oven at 350°F for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

8

Once out of the oven, add your pickles and top with the other half of your bun.
