Pickled vegetables maintain the tangy flavor, while sauerkraut is often less expensive.
Cut minari into 6 to 7 pieces.
Remove seeds from a red pepper and chop it diagonally.
Pour 1 cup of korean pancake mix and 1 cup of water into a bowl and stir until fully mixed.
Add minari into the batter and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and pour the batter into it, making it as flat as possible.
Add chopped chili pepper on top of the batter.
Cook until the edges turn brown, then flip the pancake.
For a crispy texture, fry it a little longer.
Chop kimchi into small pieces and squeeze out excess water.
Cut bacon into thin slices.
Make a second batter with 1 cup of korean pancake mix and 1 cup of water, adding kimchi and bacon into it.
Mix the kimchi and bacon into the batter.
If the batter is too thick, add more water and korean pancake mix to adjust.
Heat oil in the pan again and pour the second batter into it.
Decorate with chili pepper for presentation.
Cook until the edges turn brown, then flip the pancake.
