Cut the onion in half and remove the ends so it's flat on both sides.

Curl your fingers while cutting to avoid accidents.

Cut the onion into small pieces.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a giant pot.

Add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic to the pot.

Add all the chopped onions into the pot.

Cook the onions for 8 minutes.

Cut the carrots into circles and add them to the pot.

Cook the onions and carrots together for 2 minutes.

Add 4 cups of vegetable broth to the pot.

Add 1 teaspoon of the oregano and thyme mix to the soup.

Add 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes to the soup.

Cut the zucchini into small pieces and place them in a bowl.

Cut 2 stalks of celery in half and then into smaller pieces.

Add the cut zucchini and celery to the pot along with the frozen green beans.

Add 1 can of corn, 1 can of diced tomatoes, and 1 can of white beans to the pot.

Add a little salt to taste and stir the soup.

Put the lid on the pot and let the soup cook until the vegetables are ready.
