Beef chuck roast (2.5 lb.)
1/2 tbsp. salt for each side
1/2 tsp. black pepper for each side
4 bay leaves
2 (7 oz.) chipotle sauce cans
1/4 cup sliced onions

Rinse and place beef chuck roast into crockpot.

Add salt and black pepper to one side of chuck roast.

Flip chuck roast and add salt & black pepper to other side.

Add 2 bay leaves to bottom of chuck roast.

Pour 2 chipotle sauce cans over the roast.

Add sliced onions and 2 bay leaves on top.

Cook on high for 5 hours.

Shred meat and enjoy!
