soy sauce

Slice green onions generously.
Smash and finely chop 2 cloves of garlic.
Julienne half a cucumber.
Grind 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds using a mortar and pestle.
In a small container, mix 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 0.5 tablespoon of mirin, 1 teaspoon of sugar, chopped garlic, 0.5 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil, and black pepper for the beef sauce.
In a separate bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of corn syrup, 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame oil, black pepper, and a pinch of MSG for the noodle sauce.
Heat half a tablespoon of oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat.
Add 200 grams of ground beef, spreading it out and cooking for 1-2 minutes until browned.
Stir-fry the beef for an additional 2 minutes, then pour in the beef sauce and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions.
Rinse the cooked noodles under cold water to remove starch and squeeze out excess water.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the noodles and beef sauce, mixing with hands to coat evenly.
Taste and adjust seasoning with more soy sauce if needed.
Plate the noodles and top with cucumber, green onion, and a soft boiled egg.
Sprinkle ground toasted sesame seeds on top.
