1 15-ounce can black beans, washed and drained
1 15-ounce can corn kernels, washed and drained
1 cup diced mushrooms
1 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 cup red onions, diced
Mexican sour cream, for garnish
0.5 cup diced cilantro, for garnish
