Chickpea Pancakes

Place the chickpea flour into a large bowl.

Add 1 tsp of oil to the bowl.

Gradually add water while whisking the mixture to ensure there are no lumps in the batter.

Heat a nonstick frying pan with 1 tsp of oil over medium heat.

Pour in half the pancake mixture into the pan and tilt and swirl to get an even pancake.

Allow to cook for 2 minutes until bubbles start to form on top of the pancake.

Flip the pancake over using a spatula.
