1 tbsp orange zest
3/4 tbsp lime zest
1 cup orange juice
3/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup fresh mint
8 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1.25 cups lukewarm water
1 tbsp dry active yeast
3.5 cups bread flour
3 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp lard
