Boil water in a pot and add 1/2 tsp of salt.

Carefully add 3 eggs to the boiling water and cover it.

Boil the eggs for almost 10 minutes.

Fill a bowl with water and take out the eggs to peel them after 5 minutes.

Mash the boiled eggs in a bowl.

Add 3 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder, and 1 tsp of mustard paste to the mashed eggs and mix well.

In another bowl, add finely julienne cut carrots and 1/2 cup of finely cut cabbage.

Add 1/4 tsp of salt to the cabbage and carrots, mix well, and leave for 5 minutes.

Squeeze the cabbage and carrots to remove excess water and transfer to a bowl.

Add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and 1/2 tsp of powdered sugar to the cabbage and mix well.

Take a slice of bread and cut the sides off.

Add the cabbage filling on the bread slice, then place another slice of bread on top.

Spread strawberry jam or ketchup on top of the second slice of bread.

Add the egg filling on top of the jam or ketchup and spread it well.

Place another slice of bread on top and wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap.
