Cut the sirloin steak against the grain into thin chunks suitable for tacos.
Cut the steak into smaller bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, add about 1/3 cup of olive oil.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper to the bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder to the bowl.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder to the bowl.
Add 2 teaspoons of paprika to the bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of chili powder to the bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of cumin to the bowl.
Add a dash of cayenne pepper to the bowl.
Squeeze in the juice of half an orange into the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Add the steak pieces to the bowl and mix well, using hands for better mixing.
Cover the bowl with foil or saran wrap and refrigerate for about 3 hours to marinate.
Preheat a hot pan on medium heat.
Warm the corn tortillas in the hot pan for about 5-10 seconds on each side until pliable.
Remove the marinated meat from the fridge and mix again to ensure even distribution of spices.
Add oil to the preheated pan and then add the marinated meat in sections to sear it.
Sear the meat for about 3-4 minutes until it has a nice char.
Once cooked, remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
Lay down the warmed tortillas and add the cooked meat on top.
Top the tacos with chopped red onion, cilantro, and feta cheese.
Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the tacos.
