Vegan Salvadoran Pupusas

Pour 4 cups of flour into a mixing bowl.
Add 2 teaspoons of salt to the flour and mix it in quickly.
Slowly pour in 3.5 cups of water while mixing to avoid clumps.
Knead the dough for about 5 to 10 minutes until it's a good texture.
Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking, then grab a ball-sized portion of dough and roll it up.
Flatten the ball slightly to create a disc and pinch the edges to create a pocket for the filling.
Fill the pocket with refried beans and vegan cheese, then stretch the dough to cover the filling and seal it.
Use a little oil on your hands to help smooth out the dough and prevent cracking.
Heat a grill to about 350°F and spread oil on it.
Cook each pupusa for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
