1 lb vegan ground beef

1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup Daiya Cutting Board Collection cheddar
1 cup Earth Island mozzarella
1 cup Daiya pepper jack cheese
4 large tortillas
1 avocado, sliced
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup non-dairy milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
