7 ears corn
1 serrano pepper
1/4 red onion
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
tahin flavored feta cheese
cilantro

In a pan set to medium heat with some oil, add the corn and cook for about 3 minutes.

Add 1 serrano pepper and 1/4 of a red onion. Mix and continue cooking.

After about 8 minutes, add 1/3 cup of mayonnaise and 1/3 cup of sour cream. Mix until fully combined and remove from heat.

Once it cools down, add 1/4 cup of mayonnaise and mix.
