1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon fresh cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped green coriander

Soak 4 tablespoons of rajma in warm water for 5 to 6 hours.

Boil the rajma in a pressure cooker with 1 cup of water and 1/2 teaspoon salt for 4 to 5 whistles.

In another pot, add 1.5 cups of water, 4 tablespoons of sweet corn, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, and boil for 8 to 10 minutes.

Chop 6 medium-sized tomatoes into small pieces and add them to a pot with 2 cups of water, then boil for 8 to 10 minutes.

After boiling, remove the sweet corn and crush half of it in a bowl.

After 4 to 5 minutes, check the tomatoes; they should be soft.

Let the tomatoes cool for 20 to 25 minutes, then crush them in a mixer to make a fine puree, straining out the seeds and skins.

Add 1/4 cup finely chopped french beans and 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum, sautéing for 1 to 1.5 minutes.

Add the boiled rajma and the crushed sweet corn, mixing well.

Add 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, and 1/2 teaspoon coriander cumin powder, mixing all spices well.

Add the prepared tomato puree and 1 cup of water, mixing well.

Add 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon fresh cream, mixing everything together.

Let it simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, adjusting the consistency as desired.

Finally, add 2 tablespoons of finely chopped green coriander and mix well before serving.
