1/4 cup mustard oil
1 cup onion
red fresh chili
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 cups minced beef
1 tbsp paprika powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp basil leaves

2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1/2 cup tomato
1 or 2 tbsp cheddar cheese spread
mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp yellow classic mustard
butter
1 cup maida
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup cold water

Prepare the taco dough by mixing 1 cup maida, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil, and 1/2 cup cold water until a dough forms. Adjust water as needed.

Roll out the dough and shape it into taco shells.

In a pan, heat 1/4 cup mustard oil and sauté 1 cup onion until translucent.

Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and cook until fragrant.

Stir in 2 cups minced beef and cook until browned.

Season the beef with 1 tbsp paprika powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp basil leaves, and salt to taste.

Add 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, and 1/2 cup chopped tomato to the beef mixture and mix well.

Fill the taco shells with the beef mixture and top with cheddar cheese spread and mozzarella cheese as desired.
