  • garlic
  • rosemary
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parmesan cheese
  • butter

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. 2Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into evenly sized cubes.
  3. 3In a large bowl, combine the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4Toss until the potatoes are well coated with the oil and seasonings.
  5. 5Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. 6Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. 7Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  8. 8Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  9. 9Remove from the oven and toss with a few pats of butter for added richness.
  10. 10Serve hot as a side dish.
