Combine 250g (2 cups) plain flour, 129g (1 cup) whole wheat flour, 7g (1 tbsp) instant dry yeast, 25g (2 tbsp) sugar, and 5g (1 tsp) salt in a bowl.

Add 75ml (3 tbsp) sunflower oil to the dry ingredients.

Stir in 250ml (1 cup) warm water a little at a time until a soft, sticky dough forms.

Stir the dough using a strong spoon for about 5 minutes until smooth.

Coat the dough with 15ml (1 tbsp) oil in the bowl and cover it until it doubles in size.

Shape the dough into a ball and divide it into 4 large pieces, 6 medium pieces, or 8 mini pieces.

Flatten each piece lengthwise or roll it into a bun shape.

Arrange the shaped dough on a baking tray and cover for 30 minutes.
