Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a baking tray with butter.

Combine yeast and half a teaspoon of Casta sugar in a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of warm water, and set aside for 2 minutes or until the yeast gets activated.

Sift refined flour into a bowl, add salt, remaining Casta sugar, and milk powder, and mix well.
