Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts, 3 tablespoons of strawberry jam, and black pepper to taste.

Mix the ingredients together to create the filling.

Take a slice of jamón serrano and lay it flat.

Place a slice of manchego cheese on top of the jamón serrano.

Add a bit of the walnut and strawberry mixture at one end of the jamón.

Optionally, add some spinach or arugula for extra flavor and color.

Carefully roll the jamón serrano starting from the side with the filling.

Secure the roll with a toothpick to hold it together.

Repeat the process until you have about six rolls.

Serve at room temperature or refrigerate briefly before serving.
