Blueberry Chia Jam

4 cups blueberries
1 heaping tablespoon honey

Add 4 cups of blueberries to a saucepan.

Turn the heat to medium and cook the blueberries for about 5 to 10 minutes until they release their juices and start to break down, stirring occasionally.

Mash the blueberries to your desired consistency using a potato masher.

Add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds and stir them in.

Turn the heat to low and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently until the mixture thickens.

Turn off the heat and let the jam cool for a few minutes.

Optionally, add more honey to taste after cooling.

Transfer the jam to a jar or container for storage in the fridge.

Let the jam chill for 1 to 2 hours to thicken further.
